A damaged roof doesn't wait for a convenient time, and neither do we. Big Toms Roofing keeps trucks staged around New Braunfels so a certified roofer can be looking at your roof within hours, not days, with a straight-talk estimate before any work starts.
We built Big Toms Roofing to fix a problem every homeowner in New Braunfels has run into: contractors who don't return calls, no-show for appointments, or pad the invoice once the tarp's already on the roof. Our Roof Repair crews are local, licensed, and accountable โ every estimate is in writing before a single shingle gets pulled.
From a single missing shingle to a full tear-off, our New Braunfels crews handle every stage of roofing work with the same attention to detail โ licensed, permitted, and cleaned up when we leave.
When a tree limb punches through decking or shingles peel back in a wind event, water gets in fast. We prioritize emergency calls in New Braunfels above scheduled work, get a tarp on within hours, and document everything with photos for your insurance file.
A Roof Repair replacement is one of the biggest investments a New Braunfels homeowner makes in their property, and we treat it that way โ daily site cleanup, magnetic nail sweeps, and a final walkthrough with the crew lead before we consider the job done.
Commercial roofs fail differently than residential ones โ ponding water, seam separation, and membrane wear don't always show up until there's a leak on the sales floor below. Our New Braunfels commercial division services TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems on retail, industrial, and multi-family properties.
A lot of roof failures are preventable with a twice-a-year inspection catching lifted flashing or worn pipe boots before they turn into interior water damage. Our New Braunfels inspection service checks the field, flashing, penetrations, gutters, and attic ventilation, then hands you a written report with photos.
A roof is only as good as the parts that direct water off it. We repair and replace step flashing, valley flashing, chimney flashing, and gutters that have pulled away from the fascia โ small jobs that prevent big leaks down the road.
Every one of these commitments exists because a New Braunfels homeowner asked for it, complained about a competitor's lack of it, or we learned it the hard way.
You'll know the exact scope and cost in writing before work starts, and that number doesn't move unless you approve a change.
Because our trucks stay staged around New Braunfels, we're rarely more than an hour from your address for emergency calls.
Certification isn't a marketing badge here โ it's required training that affects how your warranty is honored.
Every completed job comes with a written workmanship warranty separate from the manufacturer's material warranty.
We document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, which shortens the back-and-forth on storm claims.
We treat your yard and driveway like we'd want ours treated โ swept, protected, and cleared before we leave each day.
We don't cherry-pick these โ they're representative of the calls, texts, and reviews we get after most Roof Repair jobs in New Braunfels.
"We had a leak show up during a storm at night and I honestly didn't expect anyone to answer the phone. Big Toms Roofing had a crew tarping our roof within a couple hours and came back two days later to do the real repair. Can't recommend them enough."
"The estimate they gave us matched the final invoice exactly, which after two other quotes from companies that kept adding line items, was a relief. Crew was professional and cleaned up better than I expected."
"They handled the entire insurance claim conversation with our adjuster, sent over photo documentation, and honestly made a stressful situation way less stressful. Roof looks great too."
"As a property manager I've worked with a lot of roofing companies and Big Toms Roofing is one of the few that actually communicates before showing up and after the job's done."
"Their inspection before we bought our house flagged ventilation and flashing problems that weren't obvious on a walkthrough. Glad we called them before closing, not after."
Big Toms Roofing crews are staged to cover all of New Braunfels and the neighborhoods around it, from established residential streets to newer developments and commercial corridors.
